The dentigerous cyst is a bone destructive lesions classified as odontogenic cyst development of unknown etiopathogenesis. It is the second most common odontogenic cyst in the jaws. Presents radiographically radiolucent image, unilocular usually seen in routine screening or the eruption delay of a tooth. Affects individuals in the first three decades of life, its growth is slow and painless. The most common therapeutic modalities are marsupialization, decompression and enucleation, but treatment varies according to age, cyst size, proximity to anatomical structures and clinical conditions of the involved tooth. Thus the aim of this paper is to report a clinical case since its diagnosis until the phase of rehabilitation and proservation.
