Despite the development of the implantodonty, it success depends on rigorous planning, and in cases with limited mesio-distal space the selection of implant shape is very important. OBJECTIVE AND CASE REPORT: This work tells the clinical case of a patient with bilateral dental agenesis of the superior lateral incisors with absence of satisfactory space in the mesio-distal direction, hindering the use of implantations in conventional ratios, although previous an orthodontic treatment. After radiographic examinations and the study of articulated models in semi-adjustable articulator we chose to perform two single body implants with immediate load, brand SIN^TM-Unident, with diameter reduced to the solution of the case. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Correct planning, diagnosis and the technique showed satisfactory results both immediate and long-term.
