^lpt^aO trauma dentoalveolar tem uma incidência significativa entre os traumas faciais, e a complexidade do tratamento depende do tipo de fratura e do grau de desenvolvimento do dente. Os traumas dentários, principalmente aqueles que envolvem os dentes anteriores, influenciam a função e a estética do indivíduo, afetando seu comportamento. Um traumatismo dental deve ser sempre considerado uma urgência e tratado de forma imediata para aliviar a dor, facilitar a redução dos dentes deslocados e melhorar o prognóstico. Assim sendo, esse relato de caso propõe uma sequência clínica de atendimento/reabilitação de uma paciente jovem acometida por traumatismo facial com comprometimento diverso de estruturas dentárias e de tecidos moles.^len^aThe dentoalveolar trauma has a significant effect between facial trauma and complexity of treatment depends on the type of fracture and the degree of development of the tooth. The dental trauma, especially those involving the anterior teeth, influence the function and aesthetics of the individual, affecting their behavior. A dental injury should always be considered an emergency and treated immediately in order to relieve pain, facilitate reduction of displaced teeth and improve the prognosis. Therefore, this case report suggests a sequence of clinical care / rehabilitation of a young patient affected by facial trauma with involvement of different dental structures and soft tissues.
