Resumo

This study had as objective knows the positionings of the students of the physical education courses, in Medicine and Dentistry of the State University of Montes Claros - Unimontes, with relationship to the conflicts bioethics involved with relationship interpersonal professional of health. A questionnaire was applied in the first day of Bioetica's class. The results demonstrated that 91,2% believe that it is not only to professional treatment decision; 94% that the truth must not be concealed to the patient. Physical Education (88%), dentistry (61%), medicine (52.64%) did not think the record belongs to the doctor, there is statistical difference in the courses (x2 = 7.710, p = 0.021) and gender (x2 = 4, 50, p = 0.034). 79% are in favor of a breach of confidentiality if HIV patient refuses to inform the fact to the partner (a) there is no significant difference in the courses (x2 = 1.833, p = 0.400) and gender (x2 = 2.079, p = 0.149). Physical Education students (69%), dentistry (61%) and medicine (47%) respect the will of Jehovah's Witness to refuse blood transfusion, no significant difference in the courses (x2 = 2.196, p = 0.333) and gender ( x2 = 0.874, p = 0.350). 71% are not favorable to the issuance of false certificates, there is no significant diff erence in the courses (x2 = 1.200, p = 0.549) and gender (x2 =0,874, p= 0,350).The study served as instrument for the teaching of Bioethics in Unimontes.
