Osseointegrated implants can be installed after tooth's extraction at various moments. The choice of this depends on bone, functional and aesthetic aspects. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the advantages of the immediate implant placement in extraction sites, when it is indicated. The immediate implant surgery preserves the alveolar bone height and width, and it is very important to the successful esthetic outcome. And also, the treatment time and costs are reduced. In this article will be described a clinical case of immediate implant placement into extraction sockets, but without immediate loading.
