The objective of this research was to evaluate the perception of the patients who have taken care by the endodontia's clinic of the Military Policy of Pernambuco about the quality in the attendance. To know the perception of the customers regarding the quality of the public service can be a first step for the action's development that will take the improvements of the service. An exploratory study was made, with descriptive boarding, in the period of April and May of 2009, with a sample of 100 people. The investigated group was formed by patients who have taken care by the endodontia clinic. After the ending of the treatment, they answered voluntarily to the questionnaire elaborated with 11 direct questions which aspect focused was: the form and the schedule of the consultations' marking, the services given for the reception, installations, structural aspects of the clinic, the referring open assembly time for the attendance, aspects to the attendants of dental doctor's office and the dentists of the clinic and the satisfaction of the patient in relation with the attendance process. 85 questionnaires had been answered and submitted to the study analysis. It is concluded that, overall, the quality of care services of thr Clinic of Endodontics of the Military Police of Pernambuco was declared and considered by users as well.
