Abstract

The man is a biopsychosocial being, composed of soma and psyche, whose psychosomatic factors exert great influence on their physical and emotional state, being decisive in the success or failure of your dental treatment. In this sense, patient satisfaction is evident to the fulfillment of expectations and perceived worked by dentists to achieve maximum resultado¹. This study aimed to demonstrate that it is possible to perform a dental treatment excellence considering these individuals and the use of basic materials provided by SUS. This is a clinical case report, done by a student of the 4th. Year Course in Dentistry, State University of Londrina, in that patient, after undergoing widespread extractions in advanced chronic periodontitis ratio, was rehabilitated with complete dentures. After completion of treatment, an interview was conducted, in which the patient was asked about the satisfaction of services, quality of care, the changes that occurred after installation and use of hearing aids and waiting for your care in the SUS. It was concluded that, through available resources, technical enshrined in literature and professional commitment, we can achieve a high level of patient satisfaction, increasing their self-esteem and promoting their rehabilitation.
