The indication of dental ceramic in the functional and esthetic rehabilitation to substituting metal structures to presents a safe procedure with excellent longevity. The f metal free crowns have been used to provid e aesthetic similar to natural teeth. This study aims to d emonstrate, with a case report, an esthettc resolution with metal free crowns (In Ceram Alumina - VITA) in anterior teeth. To conclud e with the case report, satisfactory clinical result, with aesthetic and functional rehabilitation.
