Cases report: The following cases describe two patients, of both genders, with dentofacial deformities, these which there was the need for orthognathic surgery by the use of sagittal mandibular osteotomy. Both patients had third molars in your mouth at the time of osteotomy. There were no major complications trans and postoperative.
