The nasopalatine duct cyst (CDN) is a non-odontogenic cyst of the oral cavity uncommon occurrence. Are often asymptomatic, presenting palatal cortical bone expansion and predilection for males between the 4th and 6th decade of life. Radiographically presents as a radiolucent area circumscribed located between the roots of the maxillary central incisors. Treatment consists of enucleation and curettage, with low rates of recurrence. The purpose of this article is to highlight the clinical features, and discuss the importance of diagnosis and therapy of nasopalatine duct cyst, through a case report.
