This article describes two clinical reports of patients submitted to osteointegrated implants and bone exert with cyanocrilate ester (Super Bonder^®) as suture. Less invasive tactics and chirurgic protocols minimize pos operative complications and come from biomaterials innovations. Our results confirm the advantage of tissue adhesives as suture in wounds with no tissue tensor or bloodiness. When compared to traditional nylon suture, the cyanocrilate ester dispend less operative time, patient compliance and less bacterial placa adherence in chirurgic wound.
