A new concept of anchorage and force direction was introduced in orthodontics from the application of orthodontic miniscrew. Its reduced size and its big resistance in relation to the horizontal force are, absolutely, the ideal match for its indication in the most different orthodontic mechanics, enabling a safe anchorage, free of the pacient cooperation. The daily clinic has been demonstrating the importance of the integration among implant dentists and orthodontists, making viable the utilization of the mentioned anchorage method with honours, eliminating the side effects and reducing the time of the treatment. The objective of this work is to present several clinical indications, offering subsídies which result in a better development about the issue of distribution of the orthodontic forces.
