It is often described in the literature of the importance of obtaining adaptation of passive adaptation to conventional with the implant-supported fixed prostheses, and to implantology suggested as a prerequisite for long-term osseointegration. To achieve this result should be marginal discrepancies minimized. These misfits suffer interference from various clinical and laboratory procedures for the preparation of prostheses as such as: molding, casting and inclusion, type of alloy, and the specific case of the implant-suppported fixed prostheses on the used in the amount of Newtons of torque screw. Depending on the degree of misfit of the structure on the implant-prosthetic, can occur either biologicals and mechanics complications. Several studies aiming to ascertain whether there is a better system or set of materials that permit the taking of passivity among the implants, abutments and metallic framework in many conditions the passive of the system occurs only through sectioning of parts and subsequent welding. The increased cost of noble alloys has led to various studies of the use of basic metal alloys such as Ni, Co-Cr and titanium. It has proven the success of these metals in prosthetic procedures. The bonding of ceramics to metals and their specificity has led studies to assess the relationship of adhesive with the frequent contractions found in metal structures after application of porcelain.
