This paper presents the Revolution implants line. It compares the system compatibility with Brånemark external hex. The design atage includes the finite element simulation, prototype testing and monitoring of pilot batches. The results of these reviews and tests are presented. It provided an overview on the production system of the SIN - Sistema de Implante (São Paulo, SP, Brazil) contemplating aspects of manufacturing the product itself and the quality control involved in all stages. The Revolution implant line meets and even exceeds all regulatory requirements and quality imposed by regulatory bodies, the marketplace.
