EDITORIAL

RSBO's second number of 2011 maintained the pattern established by the editorial board planning for this year. Among the texts published, Original Research articles are an absolute majority, in addition to Case Reports, Literature Review, and the most recent modality, Dentistry Topics. Also, we fulfilled the promise of publishing the articles in both Portuguese and English languages, sponsored by RSBO itself, on March and June issues of this year.

On the next issue, there will be a change regarding RSBO translation to English language. The plan was that, in 2012, RSBO would be published only in English. However, such alteration will be already performed on the September issue.

Concerning to databases, the news is RSBO participation in the project of the Dental Documentation Service of the Dentistry School of the University of Sao Paulo (SDO/USP), so-called rev@odonto. RSBO is available in SciELO network, at http://revodonto.bvsalud.org. Notwithstanding, RSBO original website (www.univille.br/rsbo) is still virtually active and available. Still regarding to databases, RSBO has been evaluated by SciELO, as well as recently, by EBSCO.
