The present article reports a clinical case about periodontics plastic surgery and cosmetic restorations after orthodontic treatment, focusing the importance of conservative and multidisciplinary approach in esthetic treatment context. The following procedures were performed: periodontics plastic surgery to crown lenghtening, direct resin composite restorations to diastema closure and recontouring of the incisal edges of the superior anterior teeth. The obtained results improved the teeth relationship, gingival tissues and lips repositioning, due to dental and facial balance and harmony.
