The dentoalveolar trauma has a significant effect between facial trauma and complexity of treatment depends on the type of fracture and the degree of development of the tooth. The dental trauma, especially those involving the anterior teeth, influence the function and aesthetics of the individual, affecting their behavior. A dental injury should always be considered an emergency and treated immediately in order to relieve pain, facilitate reduction of displaced teeth and improve the prognosis. Therefore, this case report suggests a sequence of clinical care / rehabilitation of a young patient affected by facial trauma with involvement of different dental structures and soft tissues.
