Abstract

Non-carious cervical lesions have a multifactorial etiology and when undiagnosed early can lead to pathological, slow and irreversible loss cervical tooth structure. Depending on the amount of loss tooth structure, presence of dentinal sensitivity and engagement aesthetic and functional, it becomes necessary to perform a restorative treatment of the affected teeth. This paper aims to present a clinical case in which the etiologic factors involved in non-carious cervical lesions were correctly identified and eliminated, with subsequent enforcement of adhesive restoration with composite resin.
