RSI is a pathology related to work activities The RSI is a pathological illness related to work activities carried out by dentists whose have high chance of developing it at some point in life and it's not caused by a single reason. The repetitive movements performed by dentists, bad posture and even everyday stress can lead them to the development of RSI. The aim of this study was to identify the reasons why these professionals have a high probability of developing the disease, assess the risk behaviors and protective attitudes and what are the forms of treatment given. It was found that the use of medication, rest and physiotherapy interventions are important in times of crisis, while the stress management, exercise stretching and muscle strengthening have proved important protective means to fight these diseases.
