A healthy smile is no longer harmonious due to dental abnormalities such as hypodontia, conoid teeth and permanence of deciduous because they generate diastema and affect the golden teeth. These abnormalities alter the shape, size and proportion of height and width of the teeth. Thus, this paper shows a clinical case of closing diastema through aesthetic reshaping with direct resin adhesive systems. The result was satisfactory for the patient, who regained self-esteem and the function of the stomatognathic system.
