Abstract

Objective: this paper makes a literature review of Golin-Goltz syndrome showing various clinical manifestations of this syndrome as well as clinical report of two cases and their clinical and surgical treatment. Literatura review: the Gorlin-Goltz syndrome, also known as nevoid basal cell carcinoma or basal cell nevus syndrome, is an autosomal dominant hereditary disorder phenotype variable, high penetrance and expressivity, which was first defined as a major triad of multiple basal cell carcinomas, odontogenic tumors keratocystic and skeletal anomalies. Final considerations: diagnoses and treatment of this syndrome need a multidisciplinar approach by dermatologist, oral and maxillofacial surgeon and neorologist.
