Abstract

Hemangioma is clinical term for designate a benign vascular neoplasm or vascular malformation of endothelial origin. Isn't unusual occurs into head and neck region, therefore, surgeon dentist must to know your clinical aspect, diagnosis measures and how follow-up the case. The most common locations are soft tissues and it presents as asymptomatic papule or nodule red. There are some therapeutic alternatives in the literature. Treatment of hemangioma depends of patient's and characteristic of the lesion. The aim of this paper is to report a hemangioma into cheek in which the treatment was the excision of the lesion.
