Throughout the ages, from an aesthetic and functional point of view, dental professionals has struggled to return to their patients a satisfactorily chewing motion as much as restoring the social interactions that may have been affected by such conditions. Being the face of enormous importance for aesthetic composition of the individual, teeth antero-superior assumes a key role in the aesthetic harmony of the face. In this article, the author reports a case of diastema closure using metal free crowns, system in-ceran and makes a comparative analysis of the resolution of this event with techniques of dentistry and orthodontics.
