The adhesive partial fixed prosthesis is a clinical alternative for substituting a missing tooth. They are not costly, they are easy and fast to execute and are less invasive prepare when compared to the partial fixed prosthesis. When associated to a reinforcement material such as fiber glass they can withstand very high chewing loads, thus increasing the flexural strength to the composite. The aim this study is to relate a clinical case having an adhesive partial fixed prosthesis reinforced with fiber glass therefore restoring the function and esthetics of the patient by using this procedure.
